Adem\u00e1s, <strong>los garbanzos son ricos en fibra<\/strong> (que nos ayudar\u00e1 a \u00ablimpiar\u00bb el intestino eliminando grasas) <strong>y prote\u00ednas de origen vegetal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El hummus es ideal como entrante o aperitivo acompa\u00f1ado con tostadas. Lo podemos comprar hecho o prepararlo en casa. Para elaborarlo, sigue los siguientes pasos:<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Vierte en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite de oliva dos cucharadas soperas de s\u00e9samo y d\u00e9jalos tostar a fuego medio dos minutos sin dejar de remover para que no se queme.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Retira el s\u00e9samo ya tostado y p\u00e1salo por la batidora, a\u00f1adiendo una cucharada sopera de aceite de oliva. Obtendr\u00e1s una masa espesa, \u00a1Ya tienes listo tu tahini!<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Escurre y lava bien los garbanzos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pon en la batidora los garbanzos, una cucharada sopera colmada de tahini, el diente de ajo (o medio dependiendo del gusto), el zumo de medio lim\u00f3n y una pizca de sal.
